This policy describes how personal data is handled on the digiwaqf “back the build” landing page. The data controller is EVA DAVA EOOD (VAT BG207945177, Burgas, Bulgaria), the company building the digiwaqf project. For data questions: ceo@evadava.com.
What we collect
- Name and e-mail, when you contact us or make a contribution.
- Payment details are handled directly by Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Technical data: anonymised visit analytics, never sold to third parties.
Why, and on what basis
We use your data to contact you, process contributions, report on the project, and meet our legal obligations. The GDPR bases are performance of a contract, legitimate interest, and consent.
Who we share it with (processors)
- Stripe for payment processing.
- Vercel for website hosting.
- Supabase / Google Workspace for enquiries and correspondence.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. International transfers are made under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
No longer than necessary for the purposes above and for legal requirements (for example, accounting records for contributions).
Your rights
You may request access to, correction, erasure or portability of your data, and you may withdraw consent. Write to ceo@evadava.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.

We use strictly necessary cookies only. Analytics are anonymised.
This is a pre-launch version of this document. The final policy will be settled and reviewed by legal counsel before the public launch of digiwaqf.
